Return/Exchange Policy 

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges at this time. Information on Returns can be found below.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 

If you do not notify us of the above issues for a return within 14 days of receiving your order we will not be able to accept your return of process a refund.

 

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at artofkatshop@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

  2.  Approval & Follow-Up: All returns must be approved. We will try our best to solve any order issues as soon as possible. Once your return is approved we will email you with details on the return or refund of your payment.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale items

Shipping Policy: 

  1. Shipping Orders: As this is a small sticker shop business most orders are small enough to fit in a standard size envelope. Due to this we ship all orders in a standard envelope using First Class USPS mail. 

  2. Tracking: Tracking is not available for sticker orders. If a large order is placed and it exceeds the size of the envelope then it will be shipped with a trackable shipping label.
