Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing on all orders. I try to pack orders as soon as I get the payment confirmations. I appreciate your patience!
When will my order arrive?
All orders are shipped from North Carolina. For U.S. orders please allow 1-3 weeks to receive an order after you have received a shipping confirmation email notification.
How do you ship orders?
As this is a small sticker shop business most orders are small enough to fit in a standard size envelope. Due to this I ship all orders in a standard envelope using First Class USPS mail.
Unfortunately there will be no tracking available for these orders. If a large order is placed and it exceeds the size of the envelope then it will be shipped with a trackable shipping label.
Returns/Exchanges?
Unfortunately I do not accept exchanges at this time. I will only accept returns on the following conditions:
- Item was received damaged. The return must be requested within 14 days of
receiving the order.
- Order received was incorrect.
If you receive a wrong order or a damaged order please contact me as soon as possible. I will try to resolve the issue as quickly as I can.
